Xtreme Training Conditioning (XTC) Tony Cruz - Owner/Training Specialist XTC is a performance enhancement program designed to elevate individuals to their peak fitness levels while minimizing the potential for injury. XTC benefits athletes of all types, from the beginner to the elite competitor, as well as individuals whose professions demand significant physical capabilities, including the military and law enforcement. Applying cutting edge specificity training techniques, XTC enables both the professional and the athlete to realize their full fitness potential and maximize achievement in their chosen sport or activity. Tony Cruz has developed a pricing plan exclusive to East Texas Spirit Athletes. There are two scenarios: Training outside Premier Fitness (i.e. UT, TKG) Train at Premier Fitness = The athlete will incur a Premier Fitness membership fee on top of the rates quoted below. XTC training costs Single sessions: W/Tony Cruz: Spirit = $45; Non-Spirit = $55 W/XTC associate: Spirit -$35; Non-Spirit $45 Spirit Monthly group rate (2-4 athletes  trained together) Rates below are per person. W/Tony Cruz: Workout 2 x per week = $250 per month per person Workout 3 x per week = $300 per month per person Workout 4 x per week = $350 per month per person W/XTC associate: Workout 2 x per week = $200 per month per person Workout 3 x per week = $250 per month per person Workout 4 x per week = $300 per month per person XTC training systems certification XTC In-Sport training certification: As XTC Associate: $595 (with contract to be XTC associate and train under XTC) will include on-going training, and benefit of clientele growth. Demetrio Hernandez – "Coach D" East Texas Spirit S.C. – Technical Trainer Coach D has recently agreed to partner with the East Texas Spirit S.C. as the club’s approved technical trainer. Coach D brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of the game, and he specializes in developing skills. He has also developed a Spirit Only price for our club. The rates are as follows: Group of 1 or 2 players= $40 per hour (for the group) Group of 3 or 4 players= $50 per hour  (for the group) Remember, this is a spirit ONLY deal!!!
